Very professional and skilled service
We are pleased with the performance of the stairlift. We pay the service fee once a year and the service person comes and checks over the equiment and there is no cost ot us. the service fee covers it all.

However, we would not recommend that you ever let the project manager for the construction company you hired to oversee the install, Matt Jones, do another install. He repeatedly delayed start of construction to prep the building, and he neglected to be clear with the subcontractors what the expectations were, and some work needed to be re-done. He wasn't thorough in checking out the facility first, so we had several problems that caused headaches and money to fix. We were never told there would be a pillar needed to support the upper decking (2nd floor of lobby), nor given a choice how the base fitting would be placed (somewhat of a tripping hazard now). I love my two stair lifts. They enable me to be active with less risk of falls and also my arthritic knees appreciate not having to walk stairs. I think the quality of these lifts is better than the ones promoted on television and I know the pricing is better. One of my friends bought the other brand and paid more and the conditions of owner ship were not as good.
