I purchased an Arrowlift chair for my wife several years ago. We have had very little trouble with it. When there was a problem, customer service was quick to take care of it. It is the only way to get to the upper level of our home(it's roughly 130 yrs old) so she can shower etc., as she can no longer climb stairs. With out this fine piece of equipment, she would not be able to stay in our own home, and that is priceless! Thank You.

This has been a wonderful addition and is allowing my 88 year old Mother to stay in her home. We should have done it sooner. It isn't that expensive since it is less than a week in a nursing facility. Well worth it. We love it!

The lift was a great solution to add handicapped accessibility to our existing home. We were able to install it in an area where is is covenient yet neatly tucked away from the main living space. The option of entering on one side on the upper level and exiting from the opposite side on the lower level of our home works perfectly.
