I purchased my first Stannah chair lift in 2011, and since I moved I was unable to use it in my new home and purchased my second chair lift. I’m VERY happy with my new lift. I would recommend it to anyone who has difficulty using stairs.
Their service is excellent and if you should have a problem they respond immediately. We looked at several other companies, but Arrow Lift was the best.

great service, excellent product
We have not had the issues with Arrow Lift that we had with the company that installed the lift. I am a bit concerned over the ball being dropped this early summer after our lower level flooded and the wiring in the pit not being scheduled to be properly taken care of. Even with the last inspection I had to ask about it and the tech wasn't aware of any problems. To date I have not heard a date or estimate of getting this fixed.

If the annual maintenance had occurred at the 12th month instead of the 15th month we would not have been out of commission for a week and in need of quick service.

Quality--I have had my chairlift for a year, and have had no problems what so ever. I would have had to move out of my condominium if I hadn't put it in.
The service guys are professional, polite and dependable. I feel if anything ever went wrong, the problem would be remedied quickly. I have been very happy with doing business with Arrow Lift and recommended my gentleman neighbor upstairs purchase one, which he did, and he is also very satisfied with the quality and services from Arrow Lift in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Speedy, knowledgeable, and friendly
Everything is working just fine. There was a little mix-up on scheduling and our order was not processed as soon as stated, however, everyone worked very hard to get my stair lift installed as soon as they could.
I wouldn't be able to get from one floor to the other with my Arrow Lift. The service is right on spot and the techs are easy to talk to and ask questions with. The annual maintenance is a bit high for the cost of the product but is a comfort to know that everything is going to work for some time to come.
We appreciate the maintenance agreement, but would appreciate being billed for it timely and not having to call Arrowlift about the renewal each year.
