Starting from the salesman who visited my home. He was polite, pleasant, and explained everything clearly. So much so that, at that early stage in my search for a chair lift system, I stopped looking at other companies and decided to proceed with Arrow Lift.
Similar experience when we made a short visit to the showroom, where all questions answered and, again, no hard-sell effort.
Finally, the young man who installed the lift was very articulate, covered all aspects of the system, and explained the system well.
Often, when one purchases an expensive product, one has regrets. Was it a good decision? Did I make the right choice? But this is a case where I am glad I did purchase it, and chose your company.
The installer was on time friendly and respectful. We love the chair!! It has given my mom the freedom to access and use her basement again and the independence to do her own laundry.

I have had the ArrowLift for 4 years. Originally purchased to allow my handicapped husband to have access to our basement, it gave him more freedom. He is in heaven now, but I find it helpful as a safety feature for me as well. The staff have been helpful, prompt, and courteous. It continues to function exactly as intended.

Dependable, safe stair lifts
My stair lift makes it easier for me to function in my home. The young man who came to do the annual inspection and maintenance was very polite. I know that I can rely on my lift to operate when I need it.
I really liked the installer. He seemed very knowledgeable and was a pleasant person. I think his name was Kade. The lift works very well and we are happy with it.

The product is outstanding, great workmanship and high quality material. the installer was friendly and professional. Knew the product and explained everything, answered all my questions. I did extensive research and found this unit ( Stannah 600 Siena) to be the best unit for me. I can go up and down the stairs all day and my customers find it a great addition to get down to the repair shop. I can not say enough about Arrow Lift and their support team.
