The service tech who came to complete an annual inspection and service was very courteous, explained what he was looking for and doing. wore shoe coverings and had a blanket for placing his tools.

Everyone thought I was crazy to get a lift in my home. I have had my elevator for 1 year. It has already been used by my sister, my Mom, and my 87 year old neighbor. Giving them the freedom to be included on all-levels of the house was exactly what I was looking for. The customer service and technicians have been great. Kade, the technician has been out to service it twice, once just after installation and for its yearly maintenance. He is amazing. He listens to my concerns and he is knowledgeable and capable of conducting a thorough inspection.

Elevator works well. Installation was a bit more complicated than expected and required more room for the associated equipment panel than anticipated. That information would have been helpful to know sooner.
