I have had 2 lifts in my home for around 6 years and they are excellent. I have the annual maintenance contract on both and once a year they are serviced under that contract. I never have had a problem with the lifts. The annual visit makes minor adjustments and make sure they are in top running condition.
The man who services my lifts as been here several years in a row. I am impressed by his competence and courtesy.

All employees we dealt with in the Appleton, WI office were excellent! From the Sales rep, the office contact, to our Service Tech/installer. We went to the Appleton Stair Lift & Home Elevator Showroom to test the model we were interested in. The Stannah stair lift had everything standard, the we were looking for. Completely satisfied with the with all aspects of this purchase.
As of today. Great. Is just a week. Sure. Is a nice feeling to be able to use our lower level. Very comfortable use it. Very great installation process.
