Scott Webster is an outstanding manager who consistently goes above and beyond to assist customers. When I purchased a bicycle for my teenage granddaughter, he was incredibly patient, taking the time to show her how to shift the gears and become comfortable with the bike. The Cape Coral store truly stands out - there is no other store like it. It is simply the best.
Your inventory is top of the line, but what impressed me more is the employees. Everyone went out of their way to guarantee my questions were answered and the service was the best.
The gentleman who came with me was also impressed and is going to bring in his bike for service.

I had a lemon Townie and tried for 6 months to get it working and no long term success. John was awesome and never gave up. When I came in yesterday and said I give up please get me a new bike, he did just that and Trek gave me a great deal. Thanks John. The world needs more service folks like you.
We have an older bicycle that had a flat tire and we took it over to the trek store and they were so kind to get it out of the car and fix it on the spot. The tire became flat as soon as we got home so back to the store we went with the bicycle and again they took it out of the car and fixed it on the spot. They could not have been nicer and they have a huge selection of beautiful bicycles there.
I highly recommend the store.
I purchased a multi-year warranty on an ebike that includes free annual tune ups. I scheduled mine to be done while I waited. They took me right away, tuned up my bike, and made it look and feel like new again. Both the mechanic and sales person in the store were terrific.
