The service was very fast and technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am super happy with the service. They have amazing deal if you buy a bike and add flat tire service it is for life. Basically for as long as you own that bike flat tire service is free. I strongly recommend this place to buy a bike or get your bike serviced there. I bought two bikes there. The first one got stolen and they were sooooo nice and kind that they transferred the first bike flat tire service from my first stolen bike I purchased to my new bike when I forgot to get it second time but came with the new one to fix flat tire. These guys take customer service to another level and it is so nice to see exceptional customer service because it is practically non existing in todays world.
Pete was great at answering our needs for a more padded seat. I have a Trek bike but this seat was for our Peloton bike at home.

I went to Trek Bikes of Stuart in search of bike shoes and clip in pedals. Rich was so helpful with my questions and concerns regarding transitioning to clip in pedals.. All of my questions were answered promptly, and included some useful techniques on how to get adjusted to bike shoes and the new clip-in pedals.
Service was top quality, as was the technician's ability to assess the best thing to do. I had a flat tire, and presumed a replacement tire should be the solution. The technicians checked out the tire, found the leak, and fixed it thus saving me the expense of a new tire. Very grateful for his integrity.
