Very professional and attentive personnel. I brought my bike in for my annual maintenance and it was done quickly with no issues. They also professionally answered the couple of questions I had regarding the odometer settings and how to reset them.

I brought my bike back this past week after it had previously been worked on in December.
I had not ridden the bike over the past months due to travel and illness.
The technician resolved the issue in a timely manner and said there shouldn't be a charge.
He also was able to get the bike into my vehicle much easier than I was able to do it on my own.
