The personal attention I was given to a difficult issue with My Madone was above and beyond what I expected. My electronic shifter was not working and the battery would not hold a charge. Travis and team worked on the problem until they figured it out and it took some time to do so. However, the problem appears to now be fixed. Because they had my bike for quite some time, they gave me a tune up at no charge. They did not have to do that. I was not upset that it took a long time to figure out a difficult problem with the shift system. Bottom line, their customer service is superb. They are experts in bike maintenance and repair. The way they treated me had made me a customer for sure and I am spreading the work.

Ryan was extremely helpful advising on how to correct my foot issue. He didn't try to sell me new shoes but only went after what he thought was the issue, adjusting shoe placement and inserts. I'll be back for sure! Thanks Ryan!
