My local bike shop had to close due to excessive rent increase. The owner was great and recommended the local TREK shop. I had two broken spokes and both wheels "trued".
I was asked how soon I needed my wheels and replied it was my duplicate set so there was no rush. Anyway, they were done in less than a week. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon with my wife's bike needing a new tube as well as some tuning. They stopped what they were doing and put it up on the rack and got to work. Great attitude and left in less than 30 minutes with my wife's bike ready to go. Not only was I satisfied but more importantly my wife was happy!

Bike we bought has been wonderful and the expertise in fitting and type was greatly appreciated..we also took in a late model bike old kick around bike ( not even sure what kind) with a flat…. Bought the insurance on it and cannot believe how fast friendly and welcoming everyone is even when working on a bike not purchased or even not a Trek bike .. great place for .. until you experience the service side you cannot believe the helplessness of the place
