Trek Bicycles always provides a high level of customer service. I am so glad I purchased my bike here. It’s made a very positive impact on my life. I hadn’t been able to ride for a while since every time I added air, the tires go down. I went to Trek, which isn’t close to my house, and Jimbo replaced the tire tubes in record time, though they were very busy, he accommodated my request with friendliness, care and swiftness. Thank you so much, Jimbo! I highly recommend this bike shop!

Andrew was excellent in taking in my bike for repair and turning it around in an hour given I was leaving town the following Monday. This is the 3rd time I've needed service and every visit has been top-notch and the value for the price paid is also very good.

I've been going to the Fort Lauderdale store on Sunrise for 20 years already. The service is always top notch. The service crew is highly skilled, professional, and friendly, and they never try to upsell, which I appreciate. I recently went in to repair a damaged rim, and they were able to salvage it without having to replace it. The aligned and trued the wheel perfectly for $35. This is my go to shop for all bike related maintenance, and I recommend them 100%.
Heath was especially helpful in determining my needs for having my bike serviced. My bike was even ready before it had been promised.
