The service was excellent and they went beyond in service and being most informative on my bike.
I brought my Trek bike with 2 flat tires to the Port Charlotte Trek store yesterday. The service technician did an excellent job repairing the tires and enrolled the bike in the lifetime flat repair program. This is my third Trek bike in the program. The Trek staff member was very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient.

i fortunately arrived to the with other customers store when they were just opening and they were not busy with other customers;; i had a bike tube that had a leak in the valve stem; they replaced the inner tube and had me on my way in about 15 minutes;; they were friendly and quick and fair; I would strongly recommend them for service; Steve Damery HERON'S GLEN
