Alex (manager) was excellent to work with and showed me three options for my style of biking, explained pros and cons as well as price and bikes on sale. I settled on a bike, had it fitted, added a few options, and the deal was done. I won’t hesitate to go back to this store for maintenance and other items I may need.

I brought a flat tire in for repair and was expecting to drop it of and to pick up at a later date. The associate working had the flat fixed, and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Impressive to say the least.

As soon as we entered the store a representative approached us with a genuine greeting and smile. He introduced himself as Mitch and asked me to describe what type of cycling I did and sized up my small frame, 4’10” and was quickly able to recommend an XS Trek bike that allowed for easy road riding.
As it was the first and only bike store I visited thus far I thanked him and said I was going to shop around. Mitch encouraged it and was never pushy yet confident. After visiting two other shops that day none had bikes comparable to the Trek. I returned later that day and excitedly purchased my new bike and I am very happy so far.
Called from our Pittsburgh home to arrange to have my Trek bike serviced (regular tune-up) while we were in FL for a week this summer. When I took the bike in, the service person evaluated the condition of the bike and recommended an appropriate level of service. In this case, Level One. I appreciated that I received the level of service needed rather than one prescribed by the time since it was serviced last.
The service person was knowledgeable and courteous. My bike service was completely in the time estimated. Received notice by text prior to the shop closing time and was able to pick up my bike that day.
