Excellent customer service. Prompt and efficient. I brought my e-bike in for repair and Walton promised a 24-hour turnaround (on a holiday weekend!). I received a text from Walton indicating the repair was completed (within 3 hrs!) and that I could pick the bike up the following morning. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. My new "go-to" bike shop in Vero!!
