This service was awesome! When I bought my bike 6 months ago from Trek Vero I decided to get the new bike service plan. It was in this week for its first of 6 scheduled services. When I first saw the bike coming out of the shop I thought it looked brand new! The cleaning part of the service was worth it alone. But it also ran like it did on Day 1. Can't recommend that service plan more for anyone that purchases a bike from them.

I forgot this name- the older man at the front. He was phenomenal. He put in my cleats for no extra charge. He went above and beyond when he explained how to put my feet with my shoes into the bike pedal and how to remove them. It was so very helpful when I took spin class the next morning. He was knowledgeable, talented and professional. He was very passionate about his job. It was refreshing to!

Both times that we came to your store, John was absolutley fantastic. Explained all the features, was very patient and also allowed us to tes tdrive the bikes. After the purchase was made he made it a point to come out to our car and load the bikes in the car for us.

Ralph, Scott & Zak are awesome to work with. They do not use high pressure sales tactics when you are looking at the bikes. They give you their input on what they see with the different bikes. They built my confidence in them so much I have purchased 5 bikes in the last 3 months. Also had a blow out on my MTB and brought it in hoping to get it fixed ASAP as my grandson was visiting for only a few days and wanted to spend as much time riding as possible. They fixed it right away and I was able to get back out on the trail the same day. I love dealing with professionals in their craft. They are not salesman, they are guys who love to bike and they just get to do the thing they love for a living.
