Friendly service and a non-crowded environment. However, I felt the cost of repairing a spoke on a wheel was overpriced at $37.44. A simple repair like that shouldn’t cost more than $10 to $15.

I drove 25 miles past 3 or 4 bike repair shops to get to this shop based on a friends recommendation that, "the most competent bike mechanic in Florida works there." My friend was right! Icing on the cake was the friendly atmosphere and Ralphs patient explanation of what work was needed and how to avoid that problem in the future.

Great guidance around what. Ike would be best for me. They were patient, shared information, and let me do a test ride. Everyone at the Naples Trek store were super helpful!
