Brought my Trek in the other day for flat rear tire. Even though they looked kinda of busy they still put the new tube in right away. Purchased my current Trek there and have every intention buying my next one there as well.

As soon as I walked in, I was asked if I could be helped. I told her what I needed and the first thing she asked me is can I help get your bike out of the back of your car. I was so thankful for the help because I had shoulder surgery a while back.. But not having to ask for help was even better. She was knowledgeable and when she couldn’t answer the question the technician that was changing tires was extremely knowledgeable as well. They told me when my bike would be fixed and when I could pick it up and they did just that. They were also very price conscious and told me the benefits of the less expensive parts versus the more expensive parts and did not pressure me into buying either one I made up my own mind. He also offered right away to put the bike in the back of my car and both of them took great care and getting my bike out and putting my bike in so it’s not too damage anything on a bike or damage anything in my car. The price was reasonable. I will definitely be back!

The Trek store at coconut point is convenient and well stocked. Picked up some half-finger gloves and socks but stayed to look at the latest bikes, a lot of great options for the road cyclist, even a pre-owned bike that looked like new. As for the Trek product, I have a trek navigator purchased in 2005 with many miles and arguably the best bike (currently have four) I have owned. It was all original until a tire change in 2025. Original bontrager tires would not give up the ghost. Awesome products.

every time I go in I'm treated like family. they always greet me when I walk in and if they are busy will say will be right with you. if they don't have something in stock they will have it in a couple days very rare happened once in the 3 yrs I have been going here. I just bought my electric bike from Jeremy and he walked me through the process from beginning to end. Thank you
I went in Friday morning and even though I had a bike in mind, Julian helped me from start to finish. He had to order the exact bike I wanted and it was delivered to the store in 24 hours. He was helpful without being pushy and I appreciated the service.
