This is a service oriented shop. The two individuals in the shop were honest, fair and very up front about my 2005 brand "Specialized" bike. Although they are a Trek Store they will fix other brand of bikes at a reasonable cost. They most certainly have a customer in me for as long as they are in business. I very highly recommend this shop.
Although there was a snag in getting the bike I ordered for my wife, the store manager made things right by offering a free service and adding a water bottle and cage to the bike.
I respect that Trek Fort Myers fell on the sword and did what they did to make me feel like a valued customer.
Your service was amazing! Went in for a flat tire repair expecting to drop off for a later pickup. I’m sure I looked a little surprised when he said it would be a few minutes. I said like how long? He said five minutes! Thinking to myself “I’ll bet”. Probably only took him 4 minutes! Great job!
