My tech was Anthony who did a quick, perfect and professional fix to my Cannondale. Walked in and out in 12 minutes. It would have taken me an hour in my garage. Love this bike shop after many visits.

I'm always impressed with the Trek staff at my Cape Coral, FL store on Del Prado Blvd. - especially Rafael. He takes the time to explain the repairs to me including the details if I ask. I have complete confidence in him. And of course, my bike is running so good and smooth after my recent tune-up and repair to my chain and cassette. I had him make repairs on my wife's Trek too. We're both happy. I strongly recommend this Trek store for repairs and service.
