Excellent customer care service. I bought a used beach cruiser bike for my 10 year old grands who has a disability and is just learning to ride a bike. She needed support (I.e. training wheels) to help her get used to riding. The folks at the Trek bike store in Boynton Beach were very helpful in suggesting I order stability wheels for this bike. The technician was amazingly helpful installing these support wheels.
Today my granddaughter took her first ride and was so excited that she has asked to go out again-which of course we will do.

I brought in my bike because it had a flat tire. I was greeted at the door and offered to have help bringing my bike inside. I only waited about 10 mins to have it fixed without an appt! Nice!
