I like the helpful spirit and the amazingly quick service. I had avoided bringing in my bike for a long time, thinking it would be a matter of days without it and expensive to fix the few little issues I had. The mechanic fixed my issues immediately and I was out of the store in less than a half hour - and it wasn't that expensive,considering the frustration my husband would have felt had I asked him to try to fix it again!
Excellent customer service in sales as well as service I liked the fact that everyone was very knowledgeable and that they demonstrated the operation of the equipment I purchased.

disappointed you couldn't Un-seize the seat post, but I understand.
Rear end of the bike still makes some noise when pushing hard.
Shifting is nice and smooth, wheels turn well. The bike wasn't bad when I brought it in, but is even nicer. Wasn't as clean as hoped.
