I love my Verve 2 Disc. It is a perfect "old man" (over 50) bicycle. Comfortable seat. Good gearing. Smooth mechanicals. Rides well on pavement and hard packed trails.

Ron Baute did a great job doing my bike fit. Welcoming, informative, friendly, and enthusiastic. Very knowledgeable and sharing of tips and tricks. Followed up with an email summary of the session with an invitation to come back for a followup as the bike breaks in.
Also, the store itself is very attractive, organized and well-stocked (particularly during these times of limited inventory in many places).

They not only have the best customer service but also have the best mechanics. Their recommendations are not towards selling you something but honest, what ever is best for you.
