Marc was exceptional. He and other staff spent a significant amount of time with me helping a newbie understand how the Trek Domane SL 5 works, making sure I was on the right size bike, learning how to clip in and out of pedal clips, sizing and configuring it to me, and analyzing how I sat on the bike to get it configured to the proper angles. This is my first road bike. So, I have a lot to learn and hope to put a lot of miles on it. The Bike Lane had the bike I was looking for in stock and my experience with the staff and services I received staff was exceptional. Great to be a customer of an exceptional small business that delivers true quality!
