So, I bought my Trek road bike from the Bike Lane several years ago when they were located at the horrible Town Center.If you like free parking DO NOT waste your $$$ or time.Boston Properties disrespected the locals when they took over Reston Town Center.Anyway,Todd and the crew have taken care of all my bike needs.Did I mention FREE parking at their new location...

I like the feel of a small bike shop, I had a conversation with the owner when the store was in the Town Center. That gave me the feeling that when I had purchases or repairs that I would like to support his business. I recommend Bike Lane to my son and he has been using this shop ever since. Even purchased a new gravel bike.
I had my road bike in for repairs and the final bill was less then quoted, due to the way they wrote it up. Instead of listing labor for each item, lumped most together as major tune up. Thank You, Ken

Everything! The staff knew there stuff. Helped me with questions I was unsure about. Very relaxed cool environment. Sometimes you get a vibe that makes you uneasy or tense. Not here at Bike Lane Reston! Had my bike put together the next day for pick up. I was 15 minutes before close and it did not bother them. They stayed later to help me get set up right and ready to go enjoy the trails. Bike Lane Reston will see me again and I’m happy that I was able to buy me new awesome bike from them! Thank you to the two young guys that helped me out!
I have been riding for 60 years, had bikes set up for me by World Cup Mechanics and have never seen a shop where there are two all star level mechanics. Tom and Richard are incredible and I consider myself fortunate to have these guys down the street.
