I feel like you just don’t care. I know that you don’t make any money off of selling new bikes, but at least pretend that you are happy when someone buys a new bike. New bike day should be a big deal. I mean you are a bike shop and should be trying to create loyalty, so hopefully customers will come back for all their biking needs. You didn’t even do a bike fit or offer one. I hadn’t been back to your stores in over 8 years but I gave it a shot again and you fell short. I live 3 miles away and an avid cyclist who ride almost daily, so this is not my first new bike experience. Hopefully you’ll take this to heart.

Staff are super friendly and enthusiastic. Service is done efficiently. Great atmosphere. Trek bikes are outstanding.
I had a broken spoke and came to the store at about 5:25pm. I told the mechanic that I had a 6:00 group ride. He was able to repair the spoke, replace the tape inside the rim and even found a leftover burr from manufacturing in the process of repair. I was out of there in time to join my group ride and am very pleased with the work. I recommend The Bike Lane and Tom, the mechanic.

Attentive staff
Mark is awesome!! Me and a buddy showed up before opening and Mark was stoked to bring us in to get a few things for our ride in the rain. Awesome team and awesome service, as a former bike shop employee I was very pleased by Mark's gesture to open the doors for us. Acts like this is why I keep coming back, oh... and good beer too :)
I realized once I got home that I was overcharged for the services. I was told $100 (even at the register) but I have a charge for $125. I should have picked up on it at the place but I took the verbal cost as what the charge would be.
