The salesperson was friendly and professional but like most times that I stop into a bike shop, I feel as if I'm being treated as if I'm new to cycling. I would like it if the salesperson would ask me what type of cyclist I am verses assuming based on my gender, age and attire.

We had a group of 14 that rented bikes. Adam was the person helping us and he was amazing! He took the time to help us with all our bikes, made sure we had helmets and bike locks. He told us about the route, the things to look for along the way and made us feel confident with our ride. Thank you for all your help, we really enjoyed the brewery as well! We will be back! :)

Your stuff is more expensive than other places
I like that the shop has a variety of services (bar, cafe, shop, rental, purchase, etc.) and has different seating options (outdoor, indoor, couch, table, bench, outdoor lounge chair). The environment is really friendly and welcoming, which creates a wonderful opportunity for everyone in the community to congregate, socialize, meet new people and bring their dogs, children and friends. There is convenient access to the bike path with additional parking. The shop has high quality products and visually appealing clothing and accessories (bikes, bags, bike bells, t-shirts, sweatshirts, socks, stickers, etc.). The brewery always has something appealing for people's different palates. The shop and cafe/brewery have the best customer service ever!!! The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They help people find the best bike/beer/accessory for their specific situation and genuinely have everyone's best interest in mind. I wish there were more independent businesses like this one!!! Long live Bike Lane!!!

I usually stop by to get some remote part or minor repair that I do not have the tool for. Always a friendly greeting and great service. Don't forget to stop for a treat in the cafe section!
