I liked the quick turnaround time on recent tune up service. The staff also helped with an issue concerning a gift card. However, 2 days after my bike was serviced, the shop announced a special 30% discount on parts with tune up. I would have appreciated a heads up that a service special was in the works. I might have opted to wait for the special.
Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I found a nice and reasonably price bike there for my son, and the staff made sure it fit him properly.
