I ordered a bike twenty days ago. Yesterday they delivered my bike in front of my house, on time. The bike is fully inspected and tune up.

All I can comment on is the speedy dispatch and shipping of a part I ordered but as far as that goes, no complaints, accurate and super fast!
Great attitude and professional service. Manny too the time need to show me products and answer my questions. Sweet Pete's kept a bicycle stand for me without complaint from Nov until I picked it up in April. I had been working 7 day weeks, 10 hour plus days and was only able to pick it up yesterday. The store also called me to find out if I still wanted it before I picked it. Beautiful store, lots of great produces.

Customer service a) speaking to humans that follow up and b) who are knowledgeable. These two factors will always beat Amazon. I will go out of my way to shop here for anything cycling related.

Adam, at the Annex Sweet Pete's, is a wonderful and extremely knowledgable bike person. He calmly answers all my questions and he explains succinctly how bikes work and what needs to be done to keep my bike working well. I trust Adam always to tell me exactly what needs to be done and to always do an exceptional job. I don't know how I would manage without Adam to take care of my bike.

Really my impression is the shop target is just selling but not focus on customer needs. No body from the shop verified if the bike I purchased was the adequate for me, no body validated if I received rhe bike as satisfaction. Very bad. Also no smiles, evryone looks in angry mood. At the end very disapponted with that shop. Ob second though the score should be 3 rather than 4.

It was the first time that I saw your company on a google search, but it was the only company that was able to provide the parts I was looking for. I wasn't able to speak to anyone when I tried to call, but someone did respond to my email about the parts, how it was getting to me (directly from supplier) and the approximate timeline. I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery! Within a few days!
Generous return policy, as well as 6 weeks tune up and 1 year 50% off for a tune-up. Michael was friendly and gave me detailed advice about the bike I was purchasing, and allowed me to take a test ride first, offering me a spare helmet for safety. I appreciated his patience and detailed explanations about e.g. why adding a kick-stand wasn't advisable for my bike.
