Seems to be fair prices compared to competitor down the street. Based on a couple of buys for very different items, I no longer compare prices for you guys and just trust it is reasonable.

The staff member who helped us was somewhat responsive when I shared what I was looking for, the customer service could have been better from the outset in terms of attuning to my needs/introducing themselves to us etc. When we met with Brent however, he demonstrated exemplary customer service and I would highly recommend friends and family to Sweet Pete’s to speak with Brent.

The regular communication about the status of the bike was so appreciated, and going out of the way to also install the accessories we purchased separately online on the bike was above and beyond - thank you!

1) not being able to ship to an address that differs from the billing address was very inconvenient.

I wasn't able to speak to anyone when I tried to call, but someone did respond to my email about the parts, how it was getting to me (directly from supplier) and the approximate timeline. I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery! Within a few days!
