I ordered online for store pick up on tuesday, but the order wasn't ready until friday. if i'm going to the store to pick up, i expect order to be ready next day. i can order from amazon, and have it delivered to my door in three days.
Top end bikes and great service
Unfortunately I did not receive the email notification that my order was ready. I check my spam/junk folder daily and I did not find any messages there. I believe my email address may have been input incorrectly and that's why I didn't receive it. I am glad that I called a week after I put in my order, it had already been ready for about five days.
Just recently purchased a bike , Theo was the sales representative . He has a fantastic positive personality, never made me feel rushed and his technical experience support was very much appreciated.
Overall it was very nice to be able to try a bike on the trainer before purchasing and get a fit for me.

Very helpful staff. I purchased a handlebar stem which the person working there made sure would fit on my specific bike and he took some measurements and such to make sure. That helped me pick the stem I needed without wasting time which I consider a great service asset.
