My hub was completely broken so in the end I wasn't billed for any repairs because I'm replacing the entire wheel. The mechanics who helped me when I dropped off the bike, called me to explain what was wrong and answered my questions when I picked up the bike were such a massive help. They took time to go over everything with me thoroughly.
The way they handled my issue gives me so much confidence in having future repairs done at your store. I'll definitely be coming back again.

I believe everything was great other than a high shipping cost for being 3 hrs away.
I don’t have too many cycling colleagues so I rated me yelling others similarly and as said cost of shipping was high.
Product arrived well packaged and a lot earlier than I ever imagined. It said 5-7 business days to my home on Vancouver Island and I received it within 2 days. Must have a distributor out west which is great for us out here!!

Overall I'm happy with the consistently good service I get from this shop. I've been coming here for years and have done a bunch of custom work on my bikes. There isn't another store in the city I trust to do custom work.
