Right as I walked in the door someone said hello. And to me that shows they put the customers first previously being in retail. The young kid(bad with names) that was helping me knew his stuff and was able to help with opinions when I was asking about a fit of a jersey. I wouldn’t just recommend friends and family but strangers also.

Kind and prompt service. Bike mechanic was honest about some issues with my bike and repaired what they considered necessary.
Staff was courteous and helpful and helped to fit bike. One item of concern-cover for seatpost adjustment was left improperly installed. Salesperson did not understand how to do install on cover.

I haven't been to Sweet Pete's often but when I have I found the staff eager to help and have a discussion about what I was looking for.
Great sevice
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, however staff repair section were very dismissive. Unfortunate, I liked my bike to do my maintenance there as it’s where I bought my bike but I’m hesitant due to the attitude of some of the staff.

Good product selection and knowledgeable staff
I bough the bike on Sunday and asked for the bike to be ready for pick-up on Wednesday; I had an evening appointment that day and ran late because I had to wait for 20 mins Wednesday late afternoon since the bike was only brought into the service department when I arrived. That customer experience can be improved.
Handlebars arrived quickly in perfect condition and the price was reasonable.

Great service, staff is helpful and well run shop - repair shop a bit more expensive than MEC but good work.
Better pricing, and more advertising regarding Free Shipping... the free shipping is a great draw!!!
Solid service guys. Solid parts guys. I dislike having to write this review as it's a good store. But the whole experience is seriously marred by the kid(s) at the counter who consistently overcharges, gets called out, doesn't apologize, doesn't care. Fix that and you're good.
