My gears are still not shifting very well. I may call them back to see why this may be the case; the gears may be really low quality, who knows.
Otherwise, as a new customer, I felt they treated me very well. The service was professional and fast. I knew what to expect and the customer service agent helped me cost out what I wanted to do with my bike, which was important as I am on a budget. It was great that they took the time to run through costs with me and the bill was as expected.

I have requested to install a bell on the right handle bar. Unfortunately, it was installed on the left handle bar, so I have to move it to the right on my own. Overall, everything are good and nice.

The overall experience is very satisfying. The only minus foe me would be the website. It's not as user friendly as it could be. The Search function, in particular, could be improved. My search for "brake pads", for example returned many brake-related items other than brake pads. All the brake pads did not appear. I had to search another way to find all the brake pads available.
I walked in, found what I needed quickly, bought it and walked out.
