Adam to the rescue! My son broke his break lever 2 weeks prior to representing Canada at the Pan Am mountain bike Championships in Utah. This specific part was not available in BC so I reached out to your shop. Adam went above and beyond to help us, and my kid is ready to race! Thankuuuuuu Adam!!!!

I really appreciated Marshall taking the time to walk me through different bike options, tailor info to my interests and knowledge, and make me feel confident about getting back on a bike. I appreciated the full service (helping with helmet, bell, light), that I wasn’t unsold (and that the bike was on sale!), and that I now feel part of a community. I also had a fab interaction with a person when I came to pick up my bike, fun and playful and just what I needed before launching myself onto the road!!

Although I have been infrequent in buying from Sweet Pete's online store, I find myself to keep coming back because when the customer service and prices have been excellent. The packaging and tracking has been done with care and if there is an issue it has always been resolved to satisfaction. For these reasons, they will always be on my list. Highly recommended.
I just love the service I receive every time I bring my bike in for a tune up. They have a large selection of cycling gear and equipment and the staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful.
