Very quick reply to my email and a responsive reply to my questions. Given the world is dealing with COVID situation, many companies are not able to adapt. Sweet Pete's is a model of how a company should be run, especially during this time.
Service repairs were very fast and staff were pleasant to deal with. I appreciate the protocols to keep staff safe. Only issue is I didn't get an itemized receipt by email as promised.
I found the Evoc hip pack pro in gear hub for cheaper a day later for my dad should of ordered 2 from them and saved money

The service was great. The problem was diagnosed as a fork issue which was covered by a warranty. Drop-off and pick up at the store, even with Covid restrictions was quick and painless. The staff were really nice and knew what was up.
My only quibble was that I followed up to ask where things stood and was told someone would get back to me. That didn't happen for more than a week.
But as I say, that is simply a quibble and I completely get it that you are overwhelmed with work and repairs.
I would recommend Sweet Pete's again without question.
Very impressed with the fast response I recieved from John Fornasier to work out the details of my order. I was also impressed with the fast processing and shipping time. Excellent experience! Great selection and excellent service, Sweet Pete's will definitely be a go to source and recommendation for bike parts.
