This is my third bicycle that I have purchased in 16 years from Sweet Pete’s. I purchased a new hybrid bike after riding my last hybrid for 16 years. Brent was very helpful in helped me decide on a make and model as well as all of the accessories to get me road ready. He also helped me track down my helmet order that I made in March 2020 (right before the COVID19 state of emergency declaration) quickly and I was able to pick it up this weekend. I have always purchased my cycling gear at this store and will continue to get my bicycle serviced here as well.
Your online customer support was fabulous. The people in store were great too. I would have been happier if I didn’t feel as rushed due to the long line outside.
