Improve inventory so items listed as 'in stock' are actually in stock. It's frustrating / a waste of my time to have to go back and forth with customer support when an item I've ordered online isn't ACTUALLY available despite me being able to buy it from your website. You should be able to keep track of your own inventory. It makes me much less likely to purchase from your store in the future, since its now unclear if I'll actually get the item I've ordered instead of buying it from somewhere like Amazon where I KNOW it will available / shipped to me if I buy it.
I made a couple online purchases (tires and mini chain tool) and was very happy with the products and the time it took for them to arrive. Even during the intense lockdown, Sweet Pete's was still able to send them without issue. Thank you! :)

Overall, I have no reason to not be happy with your service. Your generally very positive reviews are well earned. Kudos to you.
However, I have two suggestions...
1) I think most customers would appreciate it if you made an effort to answer your phone. I understand that you are very busy in these unprecedented times. However, would it not be quicker and more efficient for both you AND your customers if there could be communication via phone versus email?
2) After waiting three days to hear from you that my bike would be ready (I was told that I would get a text), I gave up waiting and decided to just drop by to find out what was up. I was told that an email had been sent to me two days previous. I replied that I definitely did not receive any email from Sweet Petes. I was then told that these emails often end up in Spam and I should check there.(?!)
My suggestion... If Sweet Pete's already knows that these emails might be going to Spam... either don't send emails, or tell us that we should check our Spam file as we wait to hear from you.
Once again, despite these two suggestions, have no doubt that your courteous and professional service is appreciated, and I will happily recommend you to others.

Product knowledge is product power. All your staff I've ever dealt with at 3 of your locations have always been super knowledgeable minus any attitude.
I always come away knowing and understanding more than I did when I walked in. Any one can sell a bike, but your staff consistently make me want to return. Don't mess that up. Invest in your people. They're what make the place.

Great service, although the online experience wasn't great. Despite them guaranteeing that I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup, I scanned my email junk and spam and nothing was sent to me.

What you offer on your website is not product in your store. I’m guessing it’s linked to the manufacturer, therefore needs firstly to be shipped from them to the store, then to the customer. This takes too long.
Also, when I called to follow up on my order a week after ordering, there was no answer at the shop and no voicemail message explaining how busy you were and couldn’t answer all of the calls. There was simply a “mailbox is full” message. Not good in my opinion.
