You half fixed the problem and I have to go out in the garage and fix the problem. Do you even test ride after a repair? Very unhappy.
Can you guarantee a turnaround time for online orders? If the order is placed by X o'clock on a particular day, would the order be ready by X in Y days? Of course, this would only work for in stock items. Would set expectations for us.
easy process
All great except the order comfirmation email said I would receive an email when my item was ready for pick up. I never received that email and a lot of time elapsed before I proactively emailed to follow up on status. But aside from that, all great!

A better online platform. An information about our order/s would be the best way to assure us that our package is/are being processed. My order took more than a month without any information. I even paid for the shipping just to be sure it will be faster. Good thing that Ian was nice to inform me about my order and was able to process my order.
Mitch helped guide a remote bike purchase very well. He was answering emails before and after business hours and made it a great overall customer experience.

Friendly and quick service
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and explained all of the needed repairs in detail. Also very respectable of social distancing and sanitization measures pertaining to COVID. My bike now works like a dream! Feels like a new bike again! :)

Convenient, friendly and helpful! Other bike shops seems like they want you in and out and to get paid as quickly as possible, but your staff always have advice and information for everyone from the casual to hobbyist to expert cyclist.
