Besides being endlessly patient, the people at SPs are really effective!
My old beater was taken in for a tuneup at the beginning of summer 2019 - I Road it tentatively it through the summer with a disconcerting thump in the front they said could not be fixed. SweetPetes performed a tune up and the thumping sound is gone! I am delighted!

I live in Saskatoon and was unable to purchase a bike for my granddaughter in Toronto because the person picking up the bike had to show the credit card used to purchase the bike. There seemed to be no way around this so I canceled my order and purchased elsewhere.

Mitchell and the entire team at Sweet Pete's were a pleasure to deal with. It's a crazy time for any business right now, let alone retailers. On top of that, bikes have been in very high demand and short supply during COVID. So shops like Pete's are under a lot of pressure right now. We were lucky enough to find the bikes we wanted at Sweet Pete's. Mitch was amazing and helpful every step of the way. My wife and I are new to cycling and were pretty intimidated in most shops we went in to - often times spoken down to as newbies. Not at Sweet Pete's. They were totally understanding of our "stupid questions" and walked us through everything, fit us for our bikes, and even installed our bottle cages that we bought elsewhere. Even though we live in the east end, we'll make the trek out west for any of our bike needs moving forward!

Your staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
They were quick and efficient, the only downside was that my email to get the apt was lost initially but they gave me a later date and due to a cancellation they scheduled me in earlier than expected and had the bike back the same day!
