I found the website to be really easy to use, informative, and the purchasing experience was seamless. I emailed in a question on timeline and I got a phone call back almost immediately. I needed to switch an order and when I reached out via email, the response was quick and positive. Both Mitch and Brent were very knowledgeable, honest and quickly answered all of questions and concerns. They were very flexible especially given the current COVID situation. They helped me understand what size was right was for me and they were honest and genuinely interested in me getting the bike that was right for me. I would not hesitate to purchase bikes from them in the future.

From my first communication with Rob, it has been a very positive experience dealing with Sweet Pete's Bike Shop. I knew the Trek eBike I wanted and SP was the only shop that had one currently in stock. Bicycles continue to be in high demand during the pandemic and many are on back order at several shops in Ontario. Rob was quick to respond via email to any questions I had and made suggestions along the way.
They facilitated the transaction and I was soon on my way to pick the bike up a few days later. Thanks to Manny, who assisted me with loading the bike into my SUV and to Brent for the follow-up information and paperwork regarding invoices, registration and warranty.
