the tune up on my bike was awesome - it is like new - there were some additional issues which were well explained to me so that it was easy to make an educated decision about the extra work - the service was done on time and my bike was ready when they said it would be - thanks Sweet Pete's!

You as a customer, Have to be very familiar with bikes because the employers working here will not help you.
They also know how to get you with there add on prices.

I was disappointed in the fact that stick was not available but the speedy replies and information I got from the team really shows care of their customers. Unfortunately, we are still bikeless but that is the COVID world we live in these days

More help out front. Have someone outside explaining to clients who are waiting, what we are waiting for. Person in front of me was trying on shoes. Felt badly for her, but I had my order all ready and just needed to collect. Spent 20 minutes in line waiting to do a 2 minute pick up.
Others clients came to the door to yell in there questions hoping they might get a quick answer. Seems like we were outside waiting and wondering what was going on.
Best thing would be to have someone outside providing answers.
