Smooth online shopping experience, with no fuss. I can see what’s in stock or in the warehouse (with appropriate ship times). I’ve placed multiple orders, including my Kona Process last year, and have been very pleased with the experience each and every time. I will continue to purchase products for these reasons.

You as a customer, Have to be very familiar with bikes because the employers working here will not help you.

On the same day, I collected another bike for my wife (which wasn't available at Sweet Pete) from Giant's store. Was surprised to find that this bike also had a few additional items (e.g., eflectors, user's manual), which I didn't get with the bike which I collected from Sweet Pete.
I got to know that only if you buys a bike directly from the Giant store, you get these.

Please give a copy of the receipt that a refund was made. I came back for a refund of the giant helmet I bought online because it did not fit me. One of the guys was quick to help. He went to the back counter and look up my name in the computer probably on previous order lists. He went back to ask if I wanted a helmet size up to what I initially got online. I said yes I’d be happy to get it. So he went to the back and look for another helmet. He got me two helmets brand: giro mips) and I only tried one of them outside the store. It was a good fit so I went back in and told the guy I would pay the difference since the helmet I tried out was more expensive than the giant helmet. But he told me that he already made a refund. So I checked my online banking and it wasn’t there probably because it’s Saturday and on a business day the refund may be reflected on my account. So then I paid for the full price of the helmet. It would have been nice if a copy of refund was given to me, to assure me that I would get my money back. I don’t know how you do your refund, but I was not asked about my credit card. Thanks.

Website was easy to navigate, seemed to have up to date stock. Impressive pick up time and very efficient staff and process overall.
Staff was friendly and being new to bikes is a big deal
