We purchased two e-bikes from your Bloor St W store and have been thrilled with their performance. As seniors, we appreciate the care and concern that your employees have shown to us, both inside and outside the store. Rob personally delivered the bikes and spent a lot of time not only installing the various attachments that we had previously chosen, but also adjusting the heights of the seats, instructing us on the e-bike functions, and made sure that everything would be safe for us going forward. Along with this, he also took us on a safe route from our home in the east end of the city to the Beach boardwalk (explaining the rules of the bike path) and back, so that we would be safe when traveling through the city. This information is much appreciated. Even in this frustrating time of Covid, your store and employees have shown much respect and consideration to your customers. Congratulations.
There's a wide range of products available, your website is loaded with a lot of products, more than many bike shops that only have a limited amount of product listed.

You forgot to put one of the anti theft skewers on. I purchased the set of three for two wheels and seat. And the seat was not installed so had to wait.

When I picked up my new bike, it was my first Ever mountain bike. Your staff person did a great job of explaining all the bikes features, and gave me practical advice on how I might want to adjust the bike as I got used to riding it, which was most useful for a novice.

I'm a little bit disappointed with my online experience. I never received a confirmation email and when I called, the person told that the shoes were not in stock and it would take 2 weeks to get. The site said they were in stock. I'm not mad, but compared to other experience this one was so, so. Thank you
