Bit more expertise on cycling shoe fit
You're bike repairs are always completed very quickly. I ride my bike just about every day, so that's very important to me. The quality of the repairs is very good. I've never had to bring my bike back to get a repair adjusted or "re-repaired." Once it's fixed it stays fixed.

My bike is under two months old. My chain keeps falling off the gears. I almost went over my handle bars on my way home from work today.
The CM bike I’ve been riding for years has never experienced this issue. But yet the $800 bike I’ve owned for under two months has.
I am very happy I didn’t prematurely complete this review and waited to give feedback.
I also don’t like the fact that when I attempted to schedule the bike for service they can give me a date to take it in. And then I have to wait? Why not tell me to take it in on the date you plan to service it.
I’m very disappointed.

I ordered on July 23rd and the shipment didn't leave warehouse until August 12th.
I did not order anything that was backorder. It was all in stock.
Other stores are shipping within 2 day. Maybe 3days. Not 19 or 20days
Brent promptly answered my questions. He offered several alternatives that would fit my budget and my requirements. Even though I am not buying an expensive bike, I felt that the company valued my business.

Better communication back to customers on the status of their repairs
I was so pleased with the service overall.
- Emma did an amazing job being able to book me in on short notice for a service tune-up at the Bloordale location
- Emma and Mitch coordinated a bike fitting on very short notice at the Bloordale location
- Servicing was ready the next day.
It was a pleasure doing business. You can tell there is an atmosphere where the employees really care and it shows. I always get my bike serviced at Sweet Petes.
The only comment I have is that my bike fitting was about 20 minutes and I was charged for a full hour. I paid it because you guys did such a good job getting me in on short notice, but according to the link I was sent, re: the bike fitting
