I didn't buy anything but they gave honest and good professional advice.
Do it the first time. Dropper post do not work (Loose cable). Handlebar not align. All the cables are loose. Handle bar has scratches. Grease all over the frame and fork.

When I picked up the bike, Jay was most helpful. He was balancing a customer on the phone, me being in the store and another customer coming thru the door - and he was courteous, polite, friendly and efficient with everyone. It's a real pleasure to deal with someone such as Jay.

BTW the bike I picked up only yesterday did a 24 km trail ride today and I can't wait to get out on it again.

I had a great, easy and pleasant experience with sweet Pete’s and the Staff. I came in for a repair and they weren’t able to take an appointment same day which was disappointing but obviously not anyone’s fault. I got my bike back in 8 days. Repair was flawless and they were able to fix the wheel without having to replace the wheel, which was very nice. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, a very simple and great experience, however sweet Pete’s has never been my go to bike shop because I fend the pricing a tad higher than other shops, but very great experience none the less. Thank you!
