Sweet Pete's service is beyond any other retailer I have experienced. If Pete and his employees can't please you, no one can.
Nothing , I just don't give perfect to anyone. Order process was very easy and it was clearly communicated that my order may be delayed due to the nowadays regularity of parts shortages.

Great service, great selection
They had the item I was looking for online however stock was extremely delayed. This is more of a supply issue but a notice of some kind would have been appreciated. That said, once I reached out to get more information, the customer service and communication was excellent and I was fine to wait for the item.

I set up an appointment to get a Retul Triathlon bike fit with Mitch. I had previous bike fits done before but this was more detailed. A simple analysis of my pedal stroke showed that i was pronating through the stroke which was effecting my hips. Mitch suggested insoles, I thought he was just trying to upsell me; I can't tell you the difference it made to my pedal stroke and connection to the pedals. We did a similar analysis with the saddle and pressure sensors, I now have the most comfortable saddle I have ever used.
We ended up making quite a few adjustments to my P5. The mechanics did a wonderful job providing me with a detailed report of what they recommended, and completing the work. Mitch was is constant communication with me during the whole process.

The online shopping and purchasing experience was good. The provided pick up date was met and the bike looks to be assembled well.

I never received a confirmation email of my order, which left me wondering if it went through until I received the "Your order has been shipped" email. That being said, I did receive my order quickly and everything was accurate. Love my new shoes!

Every time I've gone to sweet Pete's They've always been top notch. Very relatable with top notch service. I;ve been going there for about 7 years or so, and compared to other bike shops the reliability and service for parts has always been on point. Highly recommended. I don't go to any other place. Check them out!
