Your ski techs did not try to sell me a boot, though I was ready to purchase one. They (Jared) did not have a boot he felt would satisfy me and did not pressure me into an ill fitting boot. Ultimately, he was able to order a boot for me, and Bryan did a marvelous job fitting me.

The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and offer thoughtful advice and guidance after actively listening to my feedback. As a fairly green skier, they made me feel right at ease. Never felt dumb asking basic questions and they were patient in explaining why they were recommending the skis and boots they did. The demo process was great, super helpful to ski before purchase. Great experience all around. Will definitely recommend my friends go here first.

Very high level of service from both Foster and Amanda.
Went in to have my ski brakes changed for something narrower, get my other skis waxed and my boot punched out. In less than an hour, all three jobs were completed.
Went to two other shops before to get the brake and boot done, but they couldn't do it. SK&BK will be my first stop next time.
Jared, Michael, John, Willie, and Shawn (I think) have been incredibly helpful in the last week in helping me adjust to new boots. In my family's many purchases of boots from SABK, I was overwhelmed this time, in particular, with the guarantee of customer satisfaction. I initially bought my boots and had the boots fitted 2 years ago. Unfortunately those boots bothered my big toes. The people at Kare made numerous attempts to resolve the issue at no expense. When these adjustments failed to correct the issue they put me in a different boot based on my issues. The new boots are fantastic, fit perfectly and are very easy to ski with. When I asked how much I owed they told me no charge as they guarantee their work. It doesn’t get any better. I highly recommend them for all level skiers of any age.

I want management to know what a great job Sean, John and the entire crew at the mountain store are doing. I demo’d skis this week and they were very helpful and courteous. As a result of this experience, as well as very positive long-standing experience with seasonal rentals for my kids, I ended up buying new skis from the store.
