Personal service, product knowledge, timely service
I received excellent service when I purchased my Trek bike a couple years ago. Yesterday, I made an appointment to have my derailleur checked. When I brought the bike in, it was carefully checked. Turns out it needed a very minor adjustment. It was taken care of on the spot (I believe Michael helped me.) There was no charge. Hooray.
A few years ago I came to Ski and Bike Care for season ski rentals. It was early in the season and apparently the person assigned to rentals was inexperienced. He never adjusted the bindings to fit the boots. I didn’t realize it, but I did have a rude awakening when I got off the gondola and the skis came off in the first couple hundred feet. Guess I will be more aware when I rent skis.

Recently purchased a bike and during assembly a problem was discovered. I was notified promptly. Issue was rectified in a timely manner. Communication was a little weak....but I’m very happy with my new bike!!
