Friendly knowledgeable timely service on my wife's Schwinn 10-speed bike not purchased there.
My salesman Carl was very patient with me. He listened to what I wanted and needed in a new bike then showed me several options including some less expensive models then up to more premium options. He wasn’t pushy and really tried to make sure my new bike fit me and my needs. I rode my new bike on the Legacy trail for the first ride and it made a 9 minute improvement over the same route from my old bike. Thanks Carl!

Great service and excellent crew! They are very polite. They listen to concerns and address them. If further service is needed, they contact you, explain, and give a price estimate. They do not proceed without consent. Bike is always returned in excellent condition.
The guys in Clarksville run a class act. Recently had 4 electric bikes serviced for spring. In and out quickly and very helpful.

Saw Jessie on channel ABC news, I liked the interview and it just so happened I was in the market for a bike. He addressed all my concerns and spent a great deal of time to close my deal, but while waiting watching the other employees young to older, they were all accommodating, friendly and prompt to greet everyone who walked in. Mostly they did not make me feel rushed or anyone else I observed. Nice little store, you should be proud of how they represent you here in Louisville.

I purchased a bike approximately 10 years ago (hybrid trek) and it was sold with a lifetime annual tune up (free). I have received this free tune up annually until November 2025, when I was told it (basically) isn’t a tune up, but an inspection, and that I had to pay for an actual tune up (which I did).
