My experience was great, not only is Phat Tire a good place to purchase a bike, but it is a great place to have it serviced as well.
I went in during a 20 mile ride because of a problem with my derailleur. The technician recognized my time constraints and quickly was able to fix my issue so I could get back on the trail. He made a few suggestions that need to be addressed but didn't pressure me to have those fixed that visit. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
