Service is out-freaking-standing
We're in from outta town for the Gold Cup final at Hardesty this weekend and my son busted a spoke jumping during practice tonight. I wasn't sure which location to reach out to, so I send an email to the local shop near Jenks where we're staying. I wasn't expecting a response tonight, much less by the time we made it back to the hotel. Tracy responded with who to contact and at what location to take his wheel to in the morning.
.... we came in , in and emergency...my son went out for a 30 mile ride had 2 flats... it was just before 10 am and we were in front of your store. The employee... great guy. Let us in and found a thorn in the tire.. cleaned it up and put in a new tube..he did a quick adjustment on the bike amd even found the derailleur was bent.. he had us back on the road and my son was able to finish the last 10 miles of his ride ..

The people there know what customer service is! They've helped us out with my son's bike twice, even though we didn't buy from them. They are friendly and knowledgeable. If we lived closer, we would use them for all or bike needs!
Great service from David. He was friendly, helpful and funny - what a combo! I walked in hoping to rent an emtb, and rode out on a Rail 7. I appreciated David showing me the trail map of Tulsa and how to ride from the shop to Turkey, Bales and Lubbell. Thanks!

Alex and Steve have been and are always great to work with. This week it was Alex who fit me and my bike in to the shops busy schedule for a quick tuneup and look over. My long ride on Saturday was trouble free and the tuneup made the day a joyful day on the bike!
When we checked in on Friday at 10am we let Danny know that we had planned on using the 3 bikes he was working on Saturday morning.
When we got the text at 7:04pm on Friday that the bikes were done I wondered if Danny had worked late. When we picked up the bikes Saturday morning I asked about Danny working late so it wouldn’t mess up our plans. Danny wasn’t there put the other workers said it was characteristic of Danny to go the extra mile for customers. Anyway I want to thank you Danny….I appreciate you going the extra mile…
