I needed emergency assistance to fix some mistakes made by another local repair shop and they told me to come on in and made the repairs while I waited. They were very friendly and helpful and I am most appreciative for their assistance.

The guys at the Rogers shop are always so willing to help. I brought in my son's new (used) bike and not only did they swap out his derailleur, he lubed the chain made everything worked and allowed me to stand next to him and ask questions as he worked.
Really can't recommend them enough. Great part of the downtown Rogers family.

I am very pleased with the support and service I have received from the team in Edmond Oklahoma, especially from the manager Ryan. When a team member is busy with another customer, my presence is acknowledged while I am waiting for assistance. I have never experienced an āattitudeā with any of the team members, their demeanor and behavior has always been professional.
