I went in looking for brakes for my hardtail build and the service dept was very helpful in suggesting brakes for my build. The shimano deore brakes worked out perfect.
I wish you’d carry bike shorts. Otherwise the service is excellent.
We loved the customer service! When we returned to Texas from our Spring Break vacation, my husband realized the shirt he purchased did not fit. We called the shop to ask if we could exchange the shirt for a larger size. Joey worked with us, found us the larger size, we mailed the shirt back and they exchanged it and mailed us the shirt size we needed. All went smoothly!

They had my new bike built the day after it arrived. I bought a kick stand and the associate just installed it. I'm on the border between a small and a medium frame and the associate made sure the medium frame wasn't too big for me. Then he helped me load it in my truck without me even asking. Very courteous and professional.x

I just bought a bike from you guys and Ryan helped me. The color I wanted as back ordered and so you guys gave me a loaner to ride while I waited. That was a happy surprise. I did not expect you to do that. Everyone at the shop is very nice and helpful, but Ryan was the main guy I interacted with. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and I never felt pressured to buy anything. That goes a long way with me! I will be back and I will recommend you to anyone who is in the market for a bike.
