Had a Trek Navigator for fifteen years with no problems. Got a new FX2 that I am very pleased with. Store has a great small scale feel while offering large scale service and choice. I appreciated that the sales staff were not pushy, allowed me time to walk and look around with my daughter and the experience was pressure free. Being able to let my daughter ride in and outside the store, try and retry bikes gear etc made for a confident final purchase and a bike that she loves.

I received a bike fit from the shop owner, Brian. He kept me informed throughout the process, and took all the time necessary to ensure a proper fit. He also offered to fine tune the fit in the future if necessary. The fit was a combination of both technology and experience, "art and science," so to speak.
