Everyone at Outspokin is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgable and from my many years of experience with them, they make suggestions that are motivated by what is right for you and your bike, and it isn't motivated by them making more money.
I have been going to Outspokin for over 25 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I've purchased three mountain bikes for me and one for my five year old daughter. The bikes they sell last, and yearly maintenance and tune-ups keep them going strong. The only reason that I trade in and purchase a new bike is because there have been so many advances and different styles that after 6 or 7 years I feel it's time to get a new one.

Upon bringing a bicycle in for repair, I was given a list of parts needing replacement, an estimate for costs and a projected date it would be completed.

We just purchased our second bicycle from Outspokin in the past 2 months. This one was a gift for my wife. Your sales staff at both locations were excellent in getting me the right model and size. They had it prepped and ready to ride upon arrival.
I am slow to get this note. I started my first bicycle (passed down from my older brother) when I was about five. First crash was to run into a stop sign and knocked the thing. Well, fright about the policeman; in hindsight I realize that the the policeman was laughing. Well, Outspokin helped me for a bike when I returned after four years from the Navy. Not so bad. At 73 on an old bike that crashed me was kind. Outspokin helped me and some family in time. Staff were always helpful. Mostly the folks act quickly. You were kind and stifled laughing at me. I cannot think I will ever go elsewhere. In hopes, somebody up in heaven may keep me moving.

I really appreciate both the service and sales staff. Friendly, helpful, resourceful, and don’t try to oversell. I have high trust for all I have worked with and I particularly appreciate that Logan taught me how to keep a closer watch on my chain wear to keep my cassette lasting longer. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but the saleswoman who sold me my Marlin 7 has been fantastic to work with too. I hope to upgrade my bike soon with OSB.

I appreciate the convenience and customer care I receive at OSB! I even like the free water bottle I received when I bought my newest bike there a couple years ago! But I wish it held more as we ride at least 20 miles when we do, so it looks like I will be replacing it very soon!
They always do a reliable job of maintaining my bike when I need it as well! I love the fact that it's a free service for those who purchased their bikes from OSB.
I remember years ago when they were located in the city of Columbia, having to travel 20+ miles from Irmo to shop there or require about service! The location is perfect now for us customers around the Lake Murray area.
