Went in on a whim a few weeks ago as I was casually shopping for a bike. Friendly employee was really knowledgeable about all of the products as well as intended uses for each type of bicycle. Ended up making a couple of recommendations and had me ride a few options around the block to see what worked. Sent me home with a quote for a couple bikes and no pressure to buy. Honestly wasn't intending to buy new but was pretty impressed with the bike and the staff in the shop, so back I went a few weeks later and bought.

Here's my story: My 94 year old father has a fat-tire trike that he rides around his retirement community that needed some work. These guys from Outspokin were the only ones I could find that were willing to come pick up the trike, fix it, and bring it back. They did this in very few days, even with the delivery time for ordered parts. My Dad is thrilled! I live 5 hours away, so it would have been a major hassle for me to drive down to solve the problem. There's no doubt that I would do business with Outspokin again. And their prices were very reasonable. 10 Stars all the way! Thanks!

Walked in the door and was met immediately by the most helpful folks. Rolled my bike on in for a tune up, they texted an estimate within hours, and had everything done the next day. Everyone I met was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I just needed a tune up for an old bike, but when it comes time for a new one I will head straight to Outspokin for my purchase!
